What you'll do

• Supervise and develop associates and leaders in the area of Logistics by assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
• Identify training and development needs for Logistics associates within assigned building; lead the hiring, coaching, and evaluation of associates.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies and procedures; monitor associate compliance to policies and procedures; distribute and maintain documentation related to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that all shifts follow OSHA laws and best practices.
• Communicate with production, shipping, warehouse, or delivery personnel professionally.

• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not a requirement.
